Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

• You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping practices:

• We offer standard shipping via carriers such as USPS and UPS, as well as local pickup near West Jordan, Utah.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
